Eating breakfast together is not only nice, it also makes a lot of fun. After learning a lot about food, we decided to surprise the rest of our class by preparing a nice muesli breakfast. We only needed to cut the fruit (apples, strawberries, bananas) into small pieces and added yoghurt from our local farmer Mr. Röck. After that we added the self-made cereals, mixed everything together and then we put it into little bowls.

Cereals for breakfast
5 cups of oat flakes
1 cup of grated coconut
1 - 2 cups of ground hazelnuts
2 tablespoons of milled sesame (if you want)
Half a cup of sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon of cinnamon
Put these dry ingredients in a bowl and mix them.
5 tablespoons of honey and 1 cup of warm water
Take two griddles and put bakery paper onto them.
Bake/dry the cereals in the oven by 150°C for 20 – 30 minutes.
Leave to cool them and then put the cereals into a storage box.
